High strength, high speed acetoxy cure, 100% silicone WITH FUNGICIDE

DEALSEAL – A120 is a super fast curing, single component, acetoxy cure, medium to high modulus, 100 percent silicone sealant. It cures with atmospheric moisture to form a high strength flexible rubber. DEALSEAL – A120 is designed for wet glazing wood and metal windows. It is also designed for assembly of glass blocks used in the manufacture of glass block windows.

DEALSEAL – A120 has a very high tensile strength of more than 400 psi. This strength allows it to be applied in almost any structural application where high speed of curing is needed. It is perfectly designed for enclosed production facility with it’s low formula. DEALSEAL – A120 contains fungicide to resist fungus and mildew growth. This allows for all sanitary application.

Application Procedure
  • Ensure clean, dry, dust and grease free joints. Primer may not be required for non-porous surfaces.
  • Use masking tape to protect areas where sealant should not spread.
  • Cut nozzle to desired bead size.
  • Puncture inner seal.
  • Apply sealant firmly into joint to provide a solid fill.
  • Tool down using a spatula or stick dipped in soapy water.
  • Remove masking tape.
  • Remove excess sealant with blade after curing.
  • Wait 24 hours before exposure to water.
  • Cured sealant can only be removed mechanically.
Design Factors
DEALSEAL-A 120 should not be used in the following locations:

  • Spaces totally confined from atmospheric moisture during cure period.
  • On surfaces that might bleed oils, solvents or plasticizers.
  • In area where painting is required.
